Brent Bowyer
Executive Director
As Executive Director and President, Brent heads up the staff at the international headquarters located in Henderson, Nevada. He works closely with the Board of Directors in developing strategy for IPI and with the staff in executing that strategy. As a past member, a past member of the Board of Directors, and currently active with PMA and many other industry and professional organizations, Brent has the experience and current knowledge required to manage the success of IPI.

Roger McManus
Director of Strategic Relationships
Roger brings many years of photofinishing and allied industries experience to IPI as the Director of Strategic Relations. In this capacity, he devotes his efforts to developing, maintaining and managing IPI’s relations with its Supplying Partners. In addition, he assists the IPI team in growing IPI and providing enhanced membership value and benefits for current and prospective IPI members. Brenda DiVincenzo
Director of Operations & Membership
Brenda handles recruiting potential members, processing new memberships, current membership administration and retention, delivering marketing pieces on behalf of Supplying Partners to members, delivering IPI communications to members, board communications, event and meeting planning, and web adminstration. Brittney Melnick
Director of Marketing & Communications
Brittney is responsible for building the foundation of IPI’s marketing and communication program as well as planning, developing and executing all aspects of the program for IPI and IPI members. She is instrumental in creating, developing, designing, and providing fully integrated marketing and communications materials for all IPI members. In addition, Brittney assists the other members of the IPI staff team with designing internal IPI to member communications, IPI to industry press communications, new member recruiting, IPI presence at trade shows, IPI public relations, and other IPI internal marketing and communications needs.

Rachel Copes
Administrative Assistant
Rachel handles general office administration and communication, as well as adminstration for our Membership and Supplying Partner Programs. Rachel answers all of your calls, answering general questions, and making sure your needs are met by the appropriate IPI Staff Member. If you are a Supplying Partner with questions about your application, fees, participation in IPI's PMA program or IPI Annual Members' Meeting & Trade Show, etc. or if you are a Member with questions about ACH or dues payment, please contact Rachel.
