Posted By Brenda DiVincenzo, Sunday, March 30, 2014
Updated: Tuesday, April 1, 2014
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

IPI Announces Leadership Changes
Henderson, NV (March 28, 2014) -- The IPI Board of Directors has named Ron Mohney as IPI's Executive Director. Ron Mohney has a proven track record serving as Director of Supplying Partner operations at IPI since 2010 and adds the Executive duties effective immediately. Brent Bowyer, IPI's previous Executive Director, has resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Speaking for the Board of Directors of IPI, Chairman Larry Steiner said, "The Board wishes to thank Brent for his many years of dedicated service and we wish him well in his new pursuits. We are very confident that IPI's exceptional staff has the vision, passion and determination to execute at the high level our members expect as IPI builds on and extends our past successes."

In addition, IPI is pleased to announce the continued assistance of current Board member Neil Hoversten beyond the expiration of his board term at the end of May 2014 as IPI's Key Supply Partner Advocate. While Hoversten cannot serve as a voting board member after reaching the mandatory six year Board term limit, he has agreed to continue to assist and advise the IPI Board and staff in this role. Hoversten remains the Chairman of the Key Supplying Partner Committee, and will serve on other future committees. IPI is very fortunate to retain Hoversten and benefit from his years of experience in the industry, as well as his insights with IPI as an organization.

Steiner continued, "Having had a sneak peek at revolutionary program additions that will be announced at our upcoming annual conference, IPIC, I am excited about the coming innovations that the entire IPI team is developing for the membership. Keeping experience on board while extending member services refreshes and expands our enthusiasm for the IPI mission."

"Congratulations to Neil Hoversten and Ron Mohney in their new roles serving the IPI membership."

LOTS OF BUZZ AT THE NASMM SHOW!

Posted By Brenda DiVincenzo, Thursday, March 6, 2014
Updated: Tuesday, April 1, 2014
On February 23rd we had the pleasure of exhibiting at the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) annual conference in Southern California.

We featured photo archiving services including video, print scanning and restoration. The booth was packed and traffic was heavy throughout the show. The Senior Move Managers were very intrigued about our member network and are eager to provide photo scanning and archiving services to their clients. So don't be surprised if you are contacted by a Senior Move Manager in your area! Our goal in participating with the NASMM is to connect IPI retailers across the country with Senior Move Managers in your communities. We hope to foster quality relationships with this partnership and help those baby boomers and seniors preserve and protect their life's memories.

Watch for more information and a complete overview on how you can grow sales by working with the NASMM professionals!

IPI TO NETWORK WITH SENIOR MOVE MANAGERS AT UPCOMING NASMM CONFERENCE

Posted By Brenda DiVincenzo, Thursday, February 13, 2014
Updated: Tuesday, April 1, 2014

To explore an expanding market opportunity, IPI will be exhibiting at the annual conference of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM) in San Diego February 22-25, 2014. You'll see this on our site's event calendar and we've also created a dedicated page for NASMM members to learn about IPI.

IPI's booth will promote our member retailers - specifically those offering archiving services, such as scanning and video conversion, photo restoration, and photo organizing - to more than 400 professional senior move managers across the country. We intend to connect these professionals with IPI members who will work as partners in preserving photos, videos, and memories in their communities. Beyond the initial referral, it will be up to you to forge the relationship and continue providing quality service.

We realize the growing significance of the baby boomer generation as many of them are facing a major life transition of downsizing and relocating to a new residence - all while safely caring for priceless family memories during this stressful process. Because of the size of this group and the physical state of their memories, this may be a worthwhile market opportunity for your business.
